Are your plants real or artificial?
All our plants are 100% artificial. They are designed to look realistic while requiring no maintenance.

Do artificial plants look realistic?
Yes, our plants are carefully selected to mimic the natural look of real plants, including color variations and textures.

Do the plants require any maintenance?
No watering, sunlight, or care is needed. Simply dust them occasionally to keep them looking fresh.

🚚 Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to Poland.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

What condition must items be in?
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your returned item.

Can I cancel or change my order?

📦 Issues With Orders

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item, and we will resolve the issue.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
